This bar is the culmination of months of continous search of wild cacao trees in the main island of Puerto Rico. A collection of pods were harvested in the towns of Corozal, Naranjito and Quebradillas from many different varieties of cacao.
A careful micro-fermentation process was made and the beans sun dryed , roasted and chocolate processed at the farm.
The proceeds of this limited release bar will provide us the necessary funding for the acquisition of key equipment and tools to further expand our cacao planting and chocolate making project.
